“ It seems difficult to find really good sushi no matter where I live, no matter where I am visiting. That's not the problem here. The "problem" is an abundance of selections on the menu. When I visited Sakura I chose the Trio Platter: Spicy Tuna, Corey, Megan. All three were fresh and delicious. I think next time I may try the Shrimp Tempura Roll as part of the trio. I find it very interesting that some of the uncooked rolls have been named after people. In addition to the Corey and the Megan, there are the Debra, Jesse, Charlie, Anthony, Joseph, Amanda, Janet, Terrance, Scooter, Susan, Shelley, and Scott. There is also Lou's Volcano. There is more to the menu than uncooked rolls. There are cooked rolls. There are Tempura Rolls. There is Nigri and Sashimi. There are entrees and wings. There are soups. Some of these selections are named after people, as well. What I am saying is there are plenty of reasons for me to return and enjoy all of the variety of choices. You will enjoy the selection, too. ”
